If you love the game “Othello,” then I think you should avoid this game. The gameplay of “Orbix” can be very frustrating because the rules are different (simplified from the programmer's perspective) from Othello's, but similar enough to be really annoying and limiting. Diagonal moves aren't allowed, you can move next to one of your own pieces whether you capture something or not, and there is no pause before the AI player moves. I also think that this game needs a two-player mode. The graphics are about as good as they will get on an 83(+). Over all, if you aren't yet used to the rules of Othello it should be an okay game, and the file size is fairly small.

Score: 3/10 if you know Othello, 6/10 if you don't
