Paint 2021 is a user friendly drawing program for the 83+/84+ written in Basic. It requires an installation of xLIB. The feature set comprises drawing black, white or inverted pixels, lines, rectangles, filled rectangles, circles, clearing the screen and more. In this new 2021 version it`s also possible to write small and large Text on screen including numbers and symbols. This tool is the perfect tileset-editor. It has additional functions such as duplicating 8x8 tiles and it can convert individual sprites to a hexadecimal code so you can then use the tiles with other programs such as the Axe-Parser. Paint 2021 also allows you to swiftly scroll through, view, edit, load from and save to all of the 256 'hacked' picture variables that can be reached utilizing xLIB. All functions and controls are documented in the Readme.
