Graphics: 10/10 - Really cool 3d effect... like freaky cool. Not to mention the greyscale in the walls.

Gameplay: 9/10 - Also extremely cool. the speed gets faster and faster. The problem is you get so focused your vision is a bit weird after. THIS IS NOT PERMANENT!

Controls: 9/10 - Just the arrows, 2nd to start and Clear to quit.

Originality: 10/10 - I've never seen anything like it.

*Suggestions*

- Add a separate version, like with power-ups or something

- Add a 'switch point of view'. Create a small sprite representing you for third person.
