Implementation: 8/10 Good implementation. Overall: 8/10 Good graphics, zones in screen provide some difficulty. Duck Hunt: what more can I say? This is the same game that I remember playing on an 82 (not to worry, the screen size has been changed to take advantage of the larger screen) and is still just as wonderful. The point of the game is simple, aim the cursor around the screen, using the arrow keys, at the flying duck and shoot. You have three shells for each duck to spend, so one must keep their aim sharp and make the shells count. There are ten levels of play in the game, and the player is given bonus points for shooting all ten ducks that are in each level. As the levels increase, the difficulty only increases a small bit. This allows for most gamers to complete the whole game in a couple of tries.This reviewer was able to recieve all but one of the bonus points in one of the early tries. The game does not keep a high score, so there is no way to compare your "hunting" skills against those of your friends. In short, this game is not original by any means. It allows a moderate challenge, and has just a slight hint of replay value. When the player has shot his way through the whole game, he is presented with a glamorous (apply sarcasm heavily here) screen telling the player the game is over. There is nothing more to this game, and I would recommend it to a fan of "hunting" or one that is looking for an old classic to play.
