Attention span: 2/10 I was bored before I started. Controls: 6/10 Left and right, but the paddle keeps moving when you let go of the keys. You have to push something else to stop it. Implementation: 1/10 A cheap excuse for a pong game. Overall: 3/10 For a better pong game try Ping Pong.
This isn't actually tennis - it's pong with an overlay of a tennis court. Don't be deceived by the fact that the ball gets smaller as it gets farther away from you. The 3D look of the court has nothing to do with the game because the ball just bounces off of the walls. Otherwise it is just a pong game where you try and hit the ball with your paddle. You might play against the computer; I can't tell. If you do its quite hard to win a point off of it.
The game is written in C, which makes it extremely large for its purpose (6KB). If you use your calculator for graphing (oh my, you can graph on these things?) then whatever you graphed last will show up behind the tennis court. This is just a really bloated pong game that doesn't even work very well. The movement and direction of the paddle seems to have no effect on the path of the ball. |
