Graphics: 9/10
Civilization Simulator's top notch feature is the graphics. 3D like, and have rotating maps as well as innovative rendering engine
Controls: 8/10
The controls are good, but I really recommend you read the readme before playing it, so you know what you are doing.
Gameplay: -666/10
Here comes the only problem of the game: it's slow. But as a BASIC programmer myself, when I say slow, it's REALLY slow, and I must retain myself from flooding this text box at the moment with the word "slow" so this review make it through ticalc.org. [Editor's note: Thanks.] This is very annoying to wait minutes to load maps when you accidentally make the screen scroll when you don't want to.
Size: 9/10
Memory requirements are reasonable for the type of game it is.
Replay value: 4/10
The game speed take replay value down a lot.
Overall: -12.72/10
On a real calculator, 7.2/10 on an emulator. The engine still amaze me today though and I think just because of that it deserves it's feature on ticalc.org. I wish something like this was done in assembly, thus, faster speed
